Hammock days

This month's theme for the Send A Smile 4 Kids challenge is 'for teens'.
This digi from The Paper Shelter called Hammock days reminds me of my step daughters when they were teenagers and basking in the sun without a care in the world.
After colouring it using Promarkers I matted it onto green card. The design paper was printed using a CD ROM (I cannot remember the name) onto shimmering paper and was also matted onto green card before matting it onto white. I coloured the peel off sentiment using a permanent marker and I added a bow made using two pieces of satin ribbon.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
   Digi Choosday - anything goes
Crafty Catz - anything goes with summer
The Crafter's Cafe - feminine or embossed
   Crafty Sentiments Designs - summer
   Lemon Shortbread - anything goes
Catch The Bug - anything goes
The Paper Shelter - flower power (on dp)
Through The Craft Room Door - anything goes

  2. Dear Crafty: super cute card! I got to sit outside on Tuesday to enjoy a nice weather day and read for a bit, so your card reminded me of that opportunity between the rain storms! Thanks for linking your sweet card to PPCC blog this week! Becca/DT
