I began this card by matting pale blue paper and paper printed using My Craft Studio's Everyday CD ROM onto a card blank. I coloured the digi image from Elena Zinski Art called Amelia Mermaid using Promarkers, fussy cut it and attached it to the card. On top of this I attached cream card from which I had cut a circular hole. I attached acetate from some old packaging behind a cream ring and fixed it to frame the circle using foam pads and then added card candy to this rim to make a 'porthole'. Finally I added gold peel off lettering to form the sentiment.
