Anything goes 4 kids

This time the theme for our challenge at Send A Smile 4 Kids is 'anything goes'.
Again we have three generous sponsors: Flat Friends Boutique (6 digis), Crafty Sentiments Designs (3 digis) and Stitchy Bear Digital Outlet ($6 gift certificate).

My first card uses a digi image from Flat Friends Boutique called 'Deer Scene'. I matted paper from Wild Rose Studio's Bluebell paper pack onto white card and then outlined it using gold edged peel offs. I coloured the image using Promarkers and after cutting it out using a Tattered Lace oval die I dusted the edges with distress inks. After attaching it to the card I edged it with gold edged peel off. Using off cuts from the paper pack I used a Tattered Lace die to create the sentiment.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
I Love Promarkers - anything goes
Digi Choosday - punches or dies
A Bit More Time to Craft - anything goes
   Inspiration Destination - anything goes
   Doodle Pantry - anything goes
Word Art Wednesday - anything goes
   Beccy's Place - anything goes

My second card uses paper from another Wild Rose Studio paper pack, this time Blackberry Lane. I matted and layered it onto pink core'dinations cardstock and white card. Using a darker pink core'dinations cardstock I cut two corner pieces using the Sparkle Corner die from Tattered Lace and attached these at the top of the card.
The digi image is from Crafty Sentiments Designs and is called 'just relax'. I coloured it using Promarkers and then cut it out, shaped it slightly and attached it to the card using glue gel. Lastly I created the sentiment from dark pink core'dinations cardstock, cutting the letters out using the elegant alphabet Tattered Lace dies.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Whoopsi Daisy - make it girly
QKR Stampede - use a die cut
Papertake Weekly - to die for
The Cutie Pie - cute and girly

For the girls

It's the first Saturday in the month and that means a new challenge at Send A Smile 4 Kids. The theme this time is for the girls and as always we have three genrous sponsors: The Paper Shelter (3 digis of the winners choice), Flat Friends Boutique (6 digis of the winners choice) and Bugaboo (7 digis)

My first card uses an image from The Paper Shelter called Sophie in the garden. I coloured her using Promarkers and then fussy cut her out. The paper on the card was printed using the CD ROM Flopsy and Friends from My Craft Studio and I wrapped ribbon round one side before attaching it to the base card. I then added a bow to it. After fixing the image to the card I attached a die cut over it. This had been cut using the small panarama grass die from Tattered Lace and coloured using Promarkers. The sentiment was stamped using a Crafter's Companion stamp from the Bebunni floral collection. I matted it onto green card before attaching it to the card.

My second card uses a digi stamp from Flat Friends Boutique called walkies. Again I coloured it using Promarkers. Having cut out the surrounding square I used distress inks to colour the background and then matted and layered it onto core'dinations cardstock and white card. Using a Tattered Lace die I cut the floral arch and coloured it using Promarkers before gluing it to the card. I then added Liquid Pearls to the flower centres. I also added three silver dots to the dog's leash using a gel pen.

I would like to enter these into the following challenges:
Cute Card Thursday - summer colours
Craft Your Passion - anything goes
   Papertake Weekly - anything goes
   Brown Sugar - anything goes

Punches and/or dies

It's the third Saturday in the month and another challenge over at Send A Smile 4 Kids. The theme for this challenge is 'punches and/or dies' and there are three very generous sponsors:-
Flat Friends Boutique  (6 digis),  The Paper Shelter (3 digis) and Sassy Studios (4 digis).

For my first card I used Bathtime from The Paper Shelter. After colouring it using Promarkers I matted it onto black card. I had some paper which I had printed off a few years ago in my stash and I used this for the background of the card. The flying birds were cut from Core'dinations cardstock using a Tattered Lace die. I also used tattered Lace dies to cut the sentiment from black card.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
ABC - D is for die cuts
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends - anything goes
   Inspiration Destination - anything goes
Addicted to Stamps and More - make your mark
Fantastic Tuesday - anything goes with the twist use a die
   A Gem of a Challenge - children's playtime

My second card uses the digi beach time from Flat Friends Boutique and is again coloured using Promarkers. I decided to use different textures in this card. I have used Papermania paper for the sky, shimmering paper for the sea ( this was cut using a Spellbinders long classic rectangle die and layered) and core'dinations cardstock for the sand. The latter was torn to create the water's edge and sanded. The sun was cut using a circular die from gold mirri card. I layered all the pieces together and then cut them as a whole into a rectangular shape which I then matted and layered onto black and then white card. Finally I added some transfer letters to form a wavy 'Have Fun'. The coloured image was shaped slightly and attached using glue gel.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - add a little texture
Simon Says Stamp Monday - a piece of paradise
Clear It Out - theme is holiday & stash is gold or yellow things (sun and beach)
