Holly wreath

   A new QKR Stampede challenge begins today.
   I have used the Eureka Stamps digi called holly wreath along with the sentiment called 'have a wonderful'. After colouring the image using Promarkers I added Flower Soft to the holly leaves and then matted and layered the design onto green mirri and white card.

Brian the baker

   I have used the digi bakery Brian and after colouring it using Promarkers  matted and layered it onto black and then white card.  I finished it by adding a peel off sentiment.

An autumn day

   This week the challenge at Dragonfly Dreams is being sponsored by

and the theme is autumn colours.

   I have used their digi called Rory - an autumn day and coloured it using Promarkers. I then matted it onto black card. The background designer paper was printed using Peerless Designs CD ROM called Woodland Treasures and I matted it onto white card. The leaves at the base of the design were cut using a die from Tattered Lace's winter foliage set and I added black peel off words to them.

Violinist

   This fortnight the theme for the Send A Smile 4 Kids challenge is celebration.
   I have used the Polka Doodles digi called gviolin and coloured it using Promarkers. The sentiment was computer generated. I then matted and layered it onto purple pearlescent card and white card. The musical notes were cut from black card using a Tattered Lace die.

Sleigh and reindeer

      Friday means a new challenge at QKR Stampede,
    I have used their digi called sleigh and reindeer, going over it with a black Promarker pen. I cut out the stars and moon and coloured the background using Distress inks. I then matted it onto gold pearlescent card, adding Stickles behind the cut out stars, and then white card. The buildings were cut using the Tattered Lace die winter town and coloured using Promarkers. I removed some of the windows and mounted the buildings onto yellow card to give the illusion of light. After attaching these to the card I added Flower Soft to the roof tops.

Poppies

   This fortnight the challenge At Crafty Cardmakers has the theme of lace or ribbon.
   I opted to use ribbon. I matted the poppy paper onto green card and wrapped a ribbon vertically around it, afterwhich I matted it onto white card. The digi image from Beccy's Place is called poppies and was coloured using Promarkers. I cut it out using a Spellbinders curved rectangle. Using the same die I cut a piece from darker green card and offset this behind the image. Finally I added a bow.

Halloween

   This is a  card I made as a guest designer for the Whoopsi Daisy challenge that begins today.
I have used the Lili of the Valley Halloween stamp. I began by masking the image and colouring the sky using various Distress inks and then finished the colouring using Promarkers. The design was then matted and layered onto green and then purple card.
