Santa snowglobe

   It's Saturday and the start of a fresh challenge at Send A Smile 4 Kids. The theme is Christmas in July - so make a start on those Christmas cards. It is being sponsored by

   I cut out whit card using the Tattered Lace snowglobe 2016 die. Using gold gilding wax I gilded the front of the card and then backed it onto white card and cut round it. The image is from Little Blue Button Stamps and is one of their Santa bottle caps. I cut this out using the die and glued it into the front aperture. Using a Tattered Lace holly swirl I cut a couple of holly sprigs, coloured them using Promarkers and attached them to the card. I then finished the card with a bow.

Boating turtle

    It's Friday once again and there is a new challenge over at QKR Stampede. This week the theme is anything goes with the twist by the seaside.
   I used the digi out at sea (number 8104) coloured it using Promarkers and matted it onto black card. The papers I used were taken from The English Paper Company's All Aboard pad and I matted each piece onto black card before fixing them to the base card. I finished the card by adding a mini post card to which I had attached a peel off sentiment.

I love you

    I have used their digi stamp called I heart you. After colouring it using Promarkers I added Glossy Accents to the heart and then matted and layered it onto various printed papers I had in my stash. I then glued flower shaped gems to the corners of the digi topper.

Pirate Turtle

   It's Friday once again and there is a new challenge over at QKR Stampede. This week the theme is anything goes.
   I used the digi pirate turtle (number 18901) coloured it using Promarkers and matted it onto black card. The papers I used were taken from The English Paper Company's All Aboard pad and I matted each piece onto black card before fixing them to the base card. I finished the card by attaching four card candi and a peel off sentiment to the digi topper.

Summer ride

   The challenge beginning today at Crafty Cardmakers has a TIC TAC TOE theme.

   I have chosen to use the bottom row. I matted and layered two papers printed using Tattered Lace's Village Fete CD ROM onto white card. The die is also from Tattered Lace and is called summer breeze. I coloured this using Promarkers apart from the balloons which I paper pieced using odd scraps and finished the card with a white peel off sentiment strip.

Autumn fairy

   The first Sunday of the month means a new challenge at Dragonfly Dreams. This month the theme is anything goes and it is being sponsored by Fabrika Fantasy.
   I have used their digi image called Autumn Fairy and coloured it using Promarkers. As the image  is quite detailed I wanted to keep the design simple so I simply matted and layered it onto paper from my stash and white card having first used a punch to round the corners. I then outlined the design using flexi peel off strips and added a peel off sentiment.

   The ice cream is an image from So Suzy Stamps and was coloured using Promarkers and the vertical greeting was computer generated. Before matting and layering onto pink and then white card I wrapped four candy strips of pink and silver around the top piece of card.
