The Send A Smile 4 Kids October challenge has the themes of holiday or celebration.
I am very partial to the dragon digi stamps from Lee Holland. This one which I have coloured using Promarkers is called birthday dragon. The frame was cut using a carnation Crafts rectangular eyelet and ring die. I also used another Carnation Crafts die to cut the sentiment.
