The digi image I used is 'Prof owl' from IKEsArt and I coloured it using Promarkers, adding glossy accents to the glasses and distressing the edges with distress inks. The background paper was printed from Peerless Designs Woodland Treasures CD ROM. Both this and the image were matted onto core'dinations cardstock having first rounded the corners using a punch.
I added a feather and sentiment cut from mirri card using tattered lace dies. Finally I added a bow to the base of the feather.

ReplyDeleteI am in love with this one, I've always had a thing about Wise Owl and this sure reminds me of him. The feather is a unique and detailed embellishment, tattered lace dies hmmmm sounds like I need a trip to the craft store. Thank you so much for sharing this delightful and wonderful piece.
