Fairy wishes
I superimposed the fairy image, called spread your wings, from Scrapper's Delight onto paper from My Craft Studio's A very important date CD ROM before printing it out and then coloured the fairy using a mixture of Promarkers and Spectrum Noir pens. I then matted it onto black card. The starry papers used for the background were from Papermania and I also matted these onto black card. The stamped sentiments were made using Flower Soft Floral Sentiments Set 1 stamps, cut out using Tattered Lace dies and matted onto black card again cut out using Tattered Lace dies.

Poppies
The challenge starting today at Crafty Cardmakers invites you to use punches and/or dies. I have used dies and a CD ROM from Tattered Lace called Charisma Poppy.
I wrapped three rows of narrow sparkly ribbon round paper printed using the CD ROM and then matted and layered this onto black and then white card. After making up the poppy decoupage, having used the CD ROM and dies, I attached it to an oval cut from white card using a Tattered Lace die. This I matted onto an oval cut from black card fixing it at a slight and then attached it to the card. I glued a small red bow at the base of the poppies. The sentiment was made in a similar way using two smaller dies and peel offs.

Lovesick Leopard
Another challenge starts today at Eureka Stamps and the theme for it is love is in the air or Valentines.
I used digi number 18505 (lovesick leopard) and coloured it using Promarkers. I cut it out using a Tattered Lace heart die and inked the edges using distress ink before matting it onto a heart cut from black card. I then attached this to design paper from Papermania which had been matted and layered onto black card and then white card.
The sentiment is digi number 23601(525) (one in a millennium) matted onto black card.

Late birthday card
There is another challenge for you over at Eureka Stamps with the theme 'pile it on'.
I began by matting and layering paper printed using a Docraft CD ROM onto green designer paper, grey-green core'dinations cardstock and white card.
I coloured digi image number 11902 (running turtle) using Promarkers and fussy cut it out. Before attaching it to the card using glue gel I went round the edges using a black pen. Using a punch I made several mini envelopes and sealed them each with mini heart. One of these I fixed under the turtle.
I matted and layered the sentiment, digi number 15105(508), (Birthday came) onto green designer paper and core'dinations cardstock and attached it to the card using foam pads. I then arranged three of the mini envelopes around this.

Birthday fun
Send A Smile 4 Kids has a new challenge starting today with the theme birthday fun. It is being sponsored by two generous sponsors:
All Dressed Up Stamps (2 digis)
and
Bugaboo (7 digis ).
My card uses a digi image from All Dressed Up Stamps called birthday monkey. I think the image is such a fun one and therefore decided to keep the card simple so as not to detract from it. I coloured it using Promarkers and added a Trimits wobble eye to the birds eye. I then simply matted and layered it onto two different coloured squares of core'dinations cardstock and white card.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Peacock
This week the challenge at Creative Corner has feathers for the theme, so I chose this peacock swirl die from Tattered Lace. I cut it out from white card, coloured it using Promarkers, applied dry glitter to the tail and wing and then matted it onto paper printed using the Artylicious Peacock Summer Party CD ROM from Elusive Images (now known as Chocolate Baroque) and cut it out.
I wrapped turquoise ribbon round white core'dinations cardstock and matted and layered it onto turquoise mirri and white card. I then attached the peacock so that it stood on the ribbon. In the top left hand corner I attached a bow along with a small feather and in the opposite corner a peel off sentiment. Finally I added six small gems to the peacocks head feathers.
