Mushrooms

   The digi stamp image from Sheep Ski Designs was coloured using Promarkers and after cutting it out using a Tattered Lace pearl square die I dusted the background using Distress Inks. The decoupaged mushrooms were cut out using Carnation Crafts toadstool flurry die set. I used their downloadable vingette but adjusted the colours slightly. The sentiment was cut using a Tattered Lace die.

Spring lamb

   This time the team at Crafty Cardmakers challenge would like to see your spring makes.
I have used Hunkydory's Little Book of Sweet Springtime and decoupaged one of the images. I matted it onto silver mirri and a pastel yellow card. (I'm not quite sure why it looks more green in the photo) I used tattered Lace dies to cut the sentiment.

Baby bunny

   I made this card for one of my great nieces - her birthday is next week. I coloured the stamped Giordano Studio baby bunny image using Promarkers and cut it out using a Tattered Lace decorative rectangle die. The ferns were cut using a Tattered Lace die and the ribbon is from a chocolate box. I used peel offs for the sentiment.

Growing uup

     A House Mouse birthday card for an older relative! The decoupage was printed using a House Mouse CD ROM and matted onto gold mirri once made up. The playing card backing paper was printed using La Pashe's Wrinkles CD ROM and matted and layered onto gold mirri and white card.

Sweet peas

   I have made this card for a niece's birthday.I coloured the sweet pea stamp from Creative Expressions using water based markers and then matted and layered it onto green, pink, mauve and white card. (The dark mauve sweet peas for some reason appear more blue in the photo.) The sentiment was cut using a Tattered Lace die.

Black dress

   I made this cardfor my daughter's friend using an image from Hunkydory's Little Book of Dresses and decoupaging it and then matting it onto black card. The background is spotted mirri card and the sentiment was cut using a Tattered Lace die.

Otter's holt

   Green is the theme for the new challenge starting today at Crafty Cardmakers.
   I matted green card onto a white card base then attached a strip of dark green card centrally. To this I mounted card from Beverley Eden's Riverside paper pad. Using a charisma image from the same paper pad I die cut an otter, shaped it slightly and glu gelled it to the centre of the design. Finally I added the otter holt words.

Jungle fun

   This month the Send A Smile 4 Kids challenge would like you to make cards for boys.
   I used a a printed card stock from Hunkydory's 'For the boys' collection which I have had in my stash for some years now.  I cut round part of the monkey so that it projected over the edge when I folded the card back. I then added various elements from another sheet to the card.

Avery with rose

   This month's Dragonfly Dreams challenge has the theme of make it feminine.

   I have used their digi called Avery with rose, coloured it using Promarkers and cut it out using Tattered Lace's arch card blank die. I then matted it onto red metallic card and edged it with flowers cut from a charisma download using a Tattered Lace flexi lily frame, decoupaging the lilies. I used Tattered Lace dies for the sentiment.
