Melting snowman
The final challenge of the year at QKR Stampede has the usual anything goes theme with the twist snowman or snowflake.
I thought this poor snowman could do with some more snow! The image called melting snowman was coloured using Promarkers and the sentiment is available as another digi. After colouring I simply matted and layered it onto blue mirri and white card.

Parcel
This is a quick make card. I used a sheet from Berry Merry Christmas paper pad and tied ribbon round it like a parcel. The tag is a digi from Digi Stamps 4 Joy and after colouring it using Promarkers I used glitter pens to draw garlands on the tree. I added a peel off sentiment which I coloured using a permanent pen and then attached it to the card.

Old time Santa
This week the QKR Stampede challenge has the theme of Santa along with the usual anything goes.
I have used the old time Santa and after colouring it using Promarkers matted it onto an oval cut from paper from the KaiserCraft Christmas pad. I also used strips of the same paper along with another sheet from the pad as a background which was matted onto red card. The sentiment is a silver peel off.

Three baubles
This week the theme for the QKR Stampede challenge is Christmas cards along with anything goes.
I matted paper printed using the Creative Crafting World CD ROM Once upon a Christmas volume 2 onto black card and wrapped a white silver edged satin ribbon round it before matting onto white card.
I printed three of the digi image Christmas ball with ribbon, coloured them using Promarkers and a silver gel pen, fussy cut them and attached them to the card using gel glue. Using a die from Crafter's Companion advent calendar set I cut three chains from silver mirri and glued them to the card to form hanging baubles. I then added one bow to each of the baubles.
Using a die from the Tattered Lace essentials snowglobe set I cut a greeting from black card and silver mirri, gluing the black card behind the silver to form a shadow.

Festive Snooze
I was pleased to be asked to be a guest designer at Digi Stamps 4 Joy and this is the digi I chose to use as the theme of the challenge had a twist of holidays.
I coloured the image called festive snooze using Promarkers, masked it, and coloured the background using Distress inks. I added a further mask and sprayed the lower part of the background using Crafter's Companion pearl diamond glitter spray. This was then matted and layered onto two shades of lavender card and white card. The sentiment was cut using a Tattered Lace contemplation peace die and trimmed. I then added polar white Flower Soft to the lower part of the background and the falling snow.

Snowman with bear
This fortnight the theme for the Crafty Cardmakers challenge is Christmas.
I have used a traditional decoupage sheet from Craft Creations Ltd called Snowman with bear and matted it onto brown mirri. I wrapped satin ribbon round the base of the mat before then matting it onto green card. I finished by adding a green peel off greeting.

Snowflake fairy

I have used their digi called Snowflake fairy.
After colouring the digi using Promarkers and Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens I cut it out using a Tattered Lace decorative rectangle die and matted it onto black card. I printed a sky background onto pearlescent paper and wrapped a satin ribbon round it after which I matted and layered it onto mirri card and white card. The snowflakes were cut from odd scrapes of mirri card using various dies. The sentiment was created from black peel offs.

Three crowns

Elephant and tree

Christmas tree tag
This week the QKR Stampede challenge has the theme anything goes with the optional twist of Christmas tags. I cut a tag from some waste card using a die from Tattered Lace's stitched lace tags set and tied two pieces of ribbon taken from a shirt through the hole. Varying the size of each digi I printed three snowy Christmas trees in green, fussy cut them, added a little Stickles to each and glued them to the tag.

Winter penguins

Mice on skate
Here is a quick card I made using an Imagine That digi called mice skate. I used a 3D glitter paint pen for the fur on the hats, gel pen for the skate blade and Promarkers for the remainder of the image. The sentiment was computer generated. I dusted the edges using Distress Ink and added some waste glitter peel off spots to imitate falling snow.

Little deer
The background paper was printed using a download from My Craft Studio and matted onto mirri and white card. The little deer image from Scrapper's Delight was coloured using Promarkers. I matted paper from a Kaisercraft Christmas paper pad onto textured paper from my stash (having first rounded all the corners using a punch) and wrapped Christmas tree designed satin ribbon round it before matting onto white card - again having used the corner punch.
The image from All Dressed Up Stamps called Christmas penguins was coloured using Promarkers and I attached it to the card on top of a textured mat twisting both at different angles.

Noel
Using the Tattered Lace Monumental Moments Noel die I cut two from yellow card and one from blue. before attaching the two yellow pieces together I attached the blue cut to the back of what was to be the back piece of the card offsetting slightly. I then attached a white oval piece of card to the centre O on the back piece to provide a space for a message to be written.
The image from Craft Creations Limited was cut using an oval die and matted onto yellow then blue card before being attached to the front O. The sheep were then printed using MY Craft Studio Setting the scene CD ROM and attached to the card.
An oval of blue card was matted onto yellow then blue card and white peel off letters used to create the additional sentiment. This was then attached to the back of the front card piece.

Snowman
The snowman image is from Digi Stamps 4 Joy and I coloured it using Promarkers. The sentiment was computer generated. After cutting out the image I used a little stamp from a magazine and created the border. Once it had been matted and layered onto silver mirri and white card I added Liquid Pearls for falling snow and to the dots on the repeated stamped border.

I created a frame on a standard square card using silver strips. On white card I printed the Scrapendipity digi called floral frame adding a computer generated sentiment to the centre of the frame and coloured it using various silver and gold gel pens. I printed some more of the flowers and again used gel pens to colour them, fussy cut them and used them to decoupage the frame. I then attached this to my base card.

Holy night
Another Christmas card done! The background paper was printed from a tattered Lace download - I think it was a Halloween one. The digi stamp called holy night is from Lacy Sunshine and after colouring it using Promarkers I fussy cut it, wrapped a sparkly silver ribbon from past packaging round the base and attached it to the card. The sentiment was cut from gold mirri using the Tattered Lace die called contemplation peace. Finally I added some Stickles to the background.

Children's nativity
I printed starry paper downloaded from Tattered Lace and matted and layered it onto diamond design paper from my stash and white card. The image from a Wild Rose Studio stamp was coloured using Promarkers and matted onto gold mirri cut using a Spellbinders die. The decoupaged flowers were printed using the Once Upon A Christmas CD ROM from Creative Crafting World.

Snow gnomes
This month the theme for the Dragonfly Dreams challenge is winter and it is being sponsored by Fabrika Fantasy.
I have a large amount of papers in my stash which I am slowly using and have used two of them here. After matting the star design onto the textured red paper I wrapped some Christmas ribbon round them before matting onto white card. The figures on the digi called Little Snow Gnomes 1 from Fabrika Fantasy were coloured using Promarkers but I used Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens to colour the snow and ice. After matting it on another piece of the textured red paper I added twinkle card candi to each of the corners.

Happy holidays
The theme to start the first challenge this month at Send A Smile 4 Kids is happy holidays. It is being sponsored by:

I have used Little Blue Button's digi called Lilly and the snowman and after colouring it using Promarkers I cut it out using a Spellbinders lacy oval die.
The design paper is from a Kaisercraft Christmas paper pad and I wrapped red satin ribbon round it before matting and layering it onto red mirri and then white card. I then added a bow and a sentiment.
