Skater



   For this Christmas card I made a twisted easel. The background paper for the front of the card was printed using Hobbycraft's Christmas 2016 Tattered Lace Magazine CD ROM and matted onto black card. The base of the easel was pearlescent card also matted onto black card.
   The lettering on the base which forms the stop for the easel is made up off several layers of pearlescent card snipped and reformed from Tattered Lace's 2016 snowglobe die cut. - 2016 seems to be in favour today!
   The digi image coloured using Promarkers and fussy cut is from Scapper's Delights and is called Chibis-skater. I positioned it so that it looked as if the girl had skated the sentiment in the ice.

    What a great card Mary, and a clever design too. I love the idea that the little girl has skated the sentiment onto the ice, what a wonderful way to connect the two elements. Love the background, it works beautifully with the image. Well done.
