Spring fling
The challenge at Crafty Cardmakers for the next fortnight has the theme floral profusion.
I began my card by embossing a rectangle of Hunkydory's adorable scorable card using the Avery folder from Tattered Lace and matting it onto cream card. The flowers were printed using Tattered Lace's Sweet Serenity Blissful Blooms CD ROM and then cut using the matching dies. The glass bowl was cut from packaging and silver mirri. I arranged the flowers in the bowl and then used wet glue on the lower half of the bowl to attach it to the card so that the top of the flowers are free to move.
The sentiment was cut using another Tattered Lace die.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends - anything goes
Creative Inspirations - anything goes
Allsorts - happy birthday
Crafty Calendar - flowers
CD Sunday - say it with flowers
The Crafty Addicts - anything goes with die cuts
Through the Craft Room Door - anything goes
Crafty Gals Corner - add flowers
A Gem of a Challenge - spring fever
