The new challenge starting today at Send A Smile 4 Kids is being sponsored by:
A Day for Daisies who are offering a $12 gift certificate
and
Kitchen Sink Stamps who are offering a$25 gift certificate.
The theme for the challenge is for mums or special females.
I have used A Day for Daisies digi called fairy flowers and coloured it using Promarkers before matting it onto black card. This was the matted and layered onto red, black and then while card.
Using the Tattered Lace die washing line lots of love I cut it out in both black and white card, gluing the white behind the black to create a shadow. The poppy embellishment was made using Tattered Lace's Royal British Legion poppy die.

This is darling, and the red and black combo is very striking. I love poppies, but don't have the knack to grow them, no matter how many times I've tried - hahaha. Great DT card that I caught on SAS4Kids.
