Summer rose



   Today sees the start of a new challenge at Crafty Cardmakers. The theme is summer. I have used several copies of the same design from Hunkydory's Little Book of Flowers and decoupaged the image. I then matted and layered it onto core'dinations cardstock and white card. I used two of the 'waste' leaves to embellish the bottom of the card and cut the sentiment, using Tattered Lace dies, from other bits of waste.

   I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

    Your fabulous rose reminds me of summer in my Grandmas garden when I was a child. Her 'weed garden' as we used to call it (how mean are children) was always full of the most beautiful flowers in particular roses. Hope you are well. Hugs Kimx
