Blue bonnet

The challenge for this week at Eureka Stamps has a Tic Tac Toe choice, so plenty of variety. I have gone with the die cut, rhinestone and ribbon choice.
I used digi number 21201 (Butterfly and blue bonnet) and coloured it using Promarkers. After cutting it out using a Spellbinders marvelous square die I coloured the edges using distress inks. I then matted it onto lilac mirri card.
I wrapped spotty ribbon round paper from the Kanban paper pack 'The language of flowers' and then matted and layered this onto blue mirri and white card.
After attaching the image to the card I added three different sized rhinestones in each corner of the design. Finally I added a butterfly cut using a Tattered Lace die.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends - anything goes
   Creative Inspirations - anything goes
The Ribbon Girl - use any image
   Crafty Girlz - anything goes
Creatalicious - favourite colour combo (blue, purple and green)
Addicted to Stamps and More - anything goes
Butterfly - butterflies and s is for stamping and/or sapphire
   Penny's Paper-Crafty - anything goes
Tuesday Throwdown - layer it up
Bunny Zoe's Crafts - things with wings

  1. Oh so pretty - I really like the way you finished the edges of your main layer - especially the positioning of the rhinestones.

    1. I didn't know what it was like. I had to look it up in a flower book to find the colour!

  4. This is really striking and silly as it might sound I have that die cut square but never ever thought to put the gems in that pattern before. Thankyou for fluttering by and your entry will go into the draw twice. hugs Mrs A.
