Old fashioned santa

   Time for another anything goes challenge at QKR Stampede.
   I have used the digi called Old time Santa and coloured it using Promarkers.The design paper and tag sentiment were printed using the  Christmas volume one CD ROM from My Craft Studio.

Stars and back

   This digi from All Dressed Up is called stars and back and was supplied for the Outlawz Progressive challenge.
   I used neon gel pens for the stars and 'love', Distress Ink for the background and Promarkers for the remainder of the image. After adding loose glitter to the hand held star I matted the image onto purple card. A deeper shade of purple card was matted onto the base white card and the design paper on the left of the card was printed using the My Craft Studio CD ROM All Grown Up from A Man's Point of View set. Finally I added three peel off stars as an embellishment.

Ice cool!

   Just another little House Mouse card. The image, little card in which to write a message and papers were printed using the House Mouse Triple CD ROM set and the card shape was cut using Tattered LAce's midi side stepper die.

   This is a card I made for my grand-daughter who has just received her GCSE results. The decoupaged image was  printed using a disc from the House Mouse Triple CD ROM collection and the design papers are from DCWV.

A trio of teddies

   A fresh QKR Stampede challenge begins today. I have used the digi called 'Just sitting' and printed it in three different sizes. They have been coloured using Promarkers and fussy cut. The ovals and sentiment were cut using Tattered Lace dies.

Stained glass window

   The theme for the new Crafty Cardmaker's challenge is 'It's a bug's life'.
   Being rather busy lately I made a quick card. I have used Hunkydory's The Lily Pond dragonfly die and the accompanying paper pad and matted the design onto black card. I added some bees cut using a Tattered Lace Peony Pavilion Accents die and a sentiment.

Easter bunny

   A little early, but what is wrong with being prepared! Today sees the start of a new QKR Stamped challenge and I chose to use this cute bunny with bow which I coloured using Promarkers and then fussy cut. The egg was cut using a Tattered Lace shaped oval die and then I used an embossing tool to create the markings on the 'chocolate'. They should have been indentations but the card curled the wrong way! The sentiment was also cut using a Tattered Lace die.

Busy knitting

   Another card made with the cute House Mice. The decoupage pieces were printed using the the House Mouse Decoupage CD ROM and matted onto pink card and turquoise card which I turned slightly. The background design paper was printed using the CD RO from the House Mouse project book and matted and layered onto turquoise card and then white. I then decoupaged two of the little mice and added them to the edge of the design. The sentiment was cut from pink card using Tattered LAce dies.

Enjoying the sun

   Another QKR Stampede anything goes themed challenge begins today.
   I have used the digi called enjoying the sun, coloured it using Promarkers and fussy cut it. The background was made using scrapes of card (I tore the bottom blue card to creat the water's edge foam) and matted onto black and then white card. Some highlights using old stamping pads were added. The birthday greetings sentiment was cut using a die from Tattered Laces all occasions sentiment set and Christmas sentiment set respectively.

Butterfly curl

   This month's Dragonfly Dreams challenge is being sponsored by

   I coloured my background card using Distress Inks and the digi called butterfly curl using Promarkers. I then matted and layered it onto deep orange mirri, yellow mirri and white card. The sentiment was cut from the deep orange mirri using a Tattered Lace die and finally I added three yellow pearls.

Happy dog

   A new QKR Stampede challeng starts today with the usual theme of anything goes.
   I have used the digi called happy dog and coloured it using Derwent Coloursoft pencils. I then matted it onto black ard cut out using a Tattered Lace pearl circle die. The paper printed using a CD ROM were left over remains knocking around in my stash and after matting them onto black card slotted them behind black satin ribbon which I had wrapped around grey card. I then matted this onto white card and added grey pearls to finish the card.
